The Story: This exceptional lot is brought to you by Nyakizu Mountain Coffee, a family-owned wet milling company that has won two international competitions in the past decade. Founded by Kazungu Charles over ten years ago, Nyakizu specializes in 100% red bourbon, using both natural and fully washed processes.

Currently, 3,687 farmers contribute cherries to the Nyakizu wet mill. Lot #17 comes from two farmer co-ops: Abahingakawa and KOKANYA, with 40 women and 15 men among the 55 contributing members.
